Bromley South Central

This project is involved with the regeneration of the area from a car-park into a residential and commercial hub. Next to a railway, the site leisure areas are located in the lower floors and include 9 screening rooms and 9 bars / restaurants. The residential aspect of the development consists of 200 apartments and a 130-room hotel. Noise and vibration measurements were undertaken on site to assess the acoustic insulating measures required for the screening rooms. We also provided advice with regards to sound insulation properties between cinema rooms as well as between bar / restaurants, and residential units. Site visits were undertaken during construction to inspect the implementation of acoustic performing elements and sound insulation and atmospheric noise emission measurements were undertaken on completion.
