Primark Bilbao

The project comprised the refurbishment of the lower floors of the Bizkaia Tower for a new Primark store in the city of Bilbao. A noise impact assessment of the proposed ventilation and cooling systems proposed on the roof was undertaken to assist complying with the relevant Regulations. Measurements of external mechanical plant noise emissions were undertaken on completion and sound insulation testing was carried out between the new store and both the office use in the same building and the adjacent residential buildings.
